Please enter the name(s) and division(s) of the student for which this Summer Camp Registration applies. Please register for the division in which your child will be enrolled during the 2024-25 school year. Please note:

• Toddler and Primary Summer Camp are currently full. Please email Rhea Egbert to be placed on the waitlist.
• If a program fills up, we reserve the right to give returning students enrollment priority over students who have withdrawn for the 2024-25 school year.

We offer two payment options for All-Inclusive Summer Camp:

• Two Monthly Payments | After paying my nonrefundable $500 deposit per child, I agree to be invoiced through Blackbaud Tuition Management for the remaining balance, with the first half due in May and the second half due in June.
• Bundled with Tuition | After paying my nonrefundable $500 deposit per child, I would like to bundle the remaining balance per child with their upcoming school year’s tuition.

By submitting this All-Inclusive Summer Camp registration and paying my deposit, I understand that Greensboro Montessori School’s Summer Camp cancellation and refund policies are based on the School’s investment in staff, program activities, and supplies before programming begins, and that my $500 per child deposit is nonrefundable. I also understand that:

1. Upon the first day of Camp, I will be responsible for payment in full, even if our child does not attend camp, except in the case of an extenuating circumstance as reviewed and approved by the School. Students who leave during Summer Camp for an approved reason will receive a prorated refund (less the non-refundable deposit).
2. Camp closes daily at 6 p.m., and the School will bill me a late pick-up fee at a rate of $5.25 per child for every 15 minutes past 6 p.m.
